CallAgent AI is a SaaS platform that provides AI-powered inbound call handling for service businesses.
You must provide accurate account information and maintain account security.
The Service is available under multiple subscription plans as described on the Pricing page.
A voice minute means one minute of AI handled call time.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.
You are responsible for compliance with local call recording laws and regulations.
You retain ownership of your uploaded and generated data.
The Service and its software remain the intellectual property of Thinkers Media.
The platform relies on Twilio, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, AWS and Stripe.
We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify Thinkers Media against claims arising from misuse of the Service.
Either party may terminate access according to these Terms.
These Terms are governed by Delaware law.
We may update these Terms periodically and notify users of material changes.
