Do I need a credit card for the Free plan?
No credit card is required for the Free plan. You can sign up with just your email address, complete the setup, and start receiving AI-answered calls immediately — no payment information needed at any point.
What exactly is a voice minute?
A voice minute is one minute of live AI-handled call time. If a customer calls and speaks to your AI agent for 4 minutes, that uses 4 voice minutes from your monthly allowance. The allowance resets automatically on your billing renewal date each month. Short calls (under 1 minute) are rounded up to 1 minute.
What happens when my monthly voice minutes run out?
You'll receive an automated warning email at 80% usage so you have time to act. When minutes are fully exhausted, your AI agent pauses until you either purchase a top-up pack or upgrade your plan. You can buy top-up packs instantly from your billing dashboard — minutes are credited in seconds.
Can I top up my minutes without upgrading my plan?
Yes. Top-up packs are available as one-time purchases from your Billing dashboard at any time — no need to upgrade your plan. Packs are available in 50, 100, and 200-minute increments. Top-up minutes are valid until your next billing cycle reset date and do not roll over to the following month.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes — there are no contracts or lock-in periods. You can cancel your paid subscription at any time directly from your Account Settings. Your service remains active until the end of your current billing period, after which it reverts to the Free plan (20 minutes/month). The Free plan itself never expires.
Are there any setup fees or hidden charges?
None. There is no setup fee, no onboarding fee, and no hidden charges. Your dedicated phone number is provisioned automatically at no extra cost as part of your plan. The only charges you will ever see are your monthly subscription fee and any top-up packs you choose to buy.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time from your Billing dashboard to lock in the 20% annual discount. Switching to annual mid-cycle will prorate your current cycle and apply the new rate from your next billing date.
